A series of interviews was conducted between March and May 2020, during which health care professionals from the private sector and the public sector were asked about the drug's impact on patients and their families. This was a one-time series of interviews, which were conducted in a single, private room, with health care professionals from the public sector and from the private sector. The interviews were conducted in the presence of the survey respondents and the interviewees, who were present at the time of the interviews. The interviews were conducted in the following three regions, each with different key players: the Asia Pacific region (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait), the Philippines (Papua New Guinea), the United States (Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan), and the Philippines (Tanzania, Thailand, Vietnam, Vietnam Republic, and Vietnam). The interviews were also conducted in the other two regions, namely the United States and the Philippines. The findings from the interviews were used to improve and expand the knowledge of the respondents, both to promote and to reduce the impact of the drug on the public sector. This study provides a first-of-its-kind opportunity to improve the knowledge and practices of the Filipino health care system and to improve the safety and efficacy of prescription medications, including erectile dysfunction medication, in the Philippines and the United States. As this study has been conducted in the Philippines, the findings will be shared with the public sector and the public sector and will be subject to further examination.

1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
Cialis (tadalafil) is a popular medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and the effects of it were discovered in the late 1990s. It is available in various strengths, including Cialis for Daily Use.
Cialis works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. This helps to prevent sexual thoughts or behaviors (such as "I'm so excited") and can be used as a ED preventative by treating the underlying cause.
Cialis is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition in which the prostate gland becomes enlarged and allows substances (bacteria, chemicals, or other substances) to circulate in the urine to create an erection. It is available in a variety of forms, including tablets, oral jelly, and nasal spray. The condition typically does not require medical intervention and is symptom-free.
